Boys will be Human Workshop

Growing Roots Integrative Health and Wellness Presents:

Using Justin Baldoni’s book, Boys Will Be Human as a guide, this group will provide boys with a fun and supportive opportunity to better-understand what it means to be a boy in today’s world. This group will be a gentle yet honest guide that helps boys ages 11 to 13 embrace who they are. Together, we’ll explore the unwritten rules of masculinity, find strength in vulnerability, learn how to practice self-care, and reflect on the adventure of growing into manhood. This group is perfect for any boy who wants to become the strongest, kindest, and bravest human he can be.
