Understanding PTSD: Unpacking the Impact and Path to Healing
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a complex and often misunderstood mental health condition that can have profound effects on an individual's life. While commonly associated with military veterans, PTSD can affect anyone who has experienced or witnessed a traumatic event.
